Ralston Valley senior Casia Provencal, left, placed 6th in the Class 5A girls 100-meter dash and 4th in the 100-meter hurdles during the final day of the Colorado state track and field championships Sunday, May 22, at Jeffco Stadium. She was also on the Mustangs’ 4x100 relay team that placed 3rd Sunday. Ralston Valley’s girls track team racked up 41 points to place 6th in the final overall team standings.

The Chargers placed 5th in the team standings, along with winning the 800 sprint medley event May 21 and 4x100 relay May 22. Hubbell, Margaret Hebart, Emma Strom, Peyton Shepard and Aspen Webb were members of the two championship relay teams for Chatfield.
