Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies thanks the Lakewood community for its incredible support during our recent blood drive in commemoration of the World Health Organization’s World Blood Donor Day.

With our community’s participation, we came close to achieving our goal of 100 blood donations, each of which has the potential to save up to three lives. Through our close partnership with blood center organizations, we are acutely aware of the persistent shortage of blood, further underscoring the significance of blood donations.

We would also like to extend a special shout-out to Lakewood Mayor Adam Paul for his generous support of the event.

As a company deeply rooted in the Lakewood community since 1964, our 2,000-strong Terumo BCT team takes immense pride in creating life-saving products that collect and process blood and cells, bearing the distinct mark of “Made in Colorado.”

Once again, we extend our thanks for your support, which remains a vital lifeline for countless individuals in need.
